Are you ready to get over divorce and get on with your best life yet?

In my late 30's, life hit me like a ton of bricks and I ended up divorced with two small children. It wasn't a graceful demise of a marriage, sometimes it was unbearable. I used to have that empty feeling in the pit of my stomach... maybe even in my soul...and nothing worked to fill it no matter what I did to numb it (anti-depressants, a bottle of wine, the wrong guy) nope, did not work.

Over time I learned what it took to be a happier, healed and confident person. No more numbing my feelings and avoiding life. I can honestly say I went from the age mindset of 21 to a correct age of 38 in the span of a few years, and as crazy and difficult as it was, I wouldn't change it for the world!

Today I am happily re-married to the man of my dreams who loves, appreciates and adores me. I work my dream job. I now live in my Dream Home and moved from Alaska to North Carolina. This is the life that was beyond my wildest dreams and even had it all on a vision board years ago right when I divorce, and now I have it, and it is BETTER than I could have dreamt it. Ok I never did take the guitar lessons, but everything else, check! Life still has some bumps on the path, but now I say bring it on!

I received my Bachelors degree in Communications at UNLV in 1995. In 2010 I received my Masters in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University. I also attended their sister school Donau University in Krems Austria for two intensives sessions. This fulfilled my longtime desire to be a foreign exchange student! Proof that you are never too old to make your dreams come true.

I am a Certified Professional Coach through Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Also certified as an “Energy Leadership™ Index – Master Practitioner” (ELI-MP). I am a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I am an avid writer and my work has been featured in many publications. My article on divorce went viral in 2018 and earned me top 10 blog post with Divorcemagazine.com.

But most important I am a mom of two awesome boys, step-mom to two amazing bonus daughters, and the wife of an incredible, supportive man! We did live in Eagle River, Alaska where we raised my boys through high school, and recently moved to North Carolina where we built our dream home on a lake.
